The big sale went to a Morris Township property, while the bargain sale was found in Morristown.

44 Stonehedge Road was the big purchase this week as new owners settled on a $570,000 purchase price.
The colonial was built in 1964 and was originally listed for $592,000. The property has 10 total rooms than encompasses five bedrooms and three bathrooms (see the complete gallery attached to this post).

The bargain of the week could be found at 10 Jardine Road where no owners struck a deal for $286,000. This colonial was built in 1916 and had an original asking price of $275,000. The property has seven total rooms that include four bedrooms and 1.1 bathrooms.
