"The food we serve at Ju-Ichi is healthy and delicious. Our ingredients are fresh and we proudly say that our broth of ramen noodles is the best," the restaurant said.
Ju-Ichi's homemade ramen broth is made with up to 100 pounds of pork bones and more than 20 other ingredients that are boiled in an 18-inch pot on high heat for about 24 hours. Time and effort are the essential ingredients in Ju-Ichi's ramen, officials said.
