Rents at Schuyler Lofts start at $2,975 for a one-bedroom unit and $3,650 for a two-bedroom unit. Move-ins are scheduled to begin in the coming weeks, with new residents expected to start moving into Schuyler Lofts throughout September.
Developers also announced that Cara DiTommaso of Christie’s International Real Estate Group will be serving as the property’s exclusive listing agent.
"With Morristown ranked among the nation’s 100 Best Places to Live, I'm thrilled to lead this exclusive project for Christie’s," DiTommaso said. "I’m proud to represent this project and look forward to introducing prospective residents to this extraordinary development."
The Schuyler Lofts project was first brought to public attention in 2018, but initial plans faced criticism from the town’s historic commission for not aligning with the character of the old courthouse and the nearby Historic District.
Before construction commenced, the plans for Schuyler Lofts were revised. The developer also agreed to reduce the building's height from five stories to four and to designate the ground floor for retail use rather than apartments, in compliance with zoning regulations.
Construction on Schuyler Lofts officially began in 2022.
“We are excited to begin leasing for Schuyler Lofts. We are confident Cara will provide exceptional service and a seamless leasing experience to all prospective residents,” Winfield Properties Leasing Manager Nikki Biegel said.
