People Rescued From SUV That Went Off The Road In Morris Township
The vehicle was in danger of tipping over and first responders had to work together to stabilize it, officials said.

MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ — First responders came to the rescue Monday after a vehicle ran off-road and was in danger of tipping over in Morris Township.
Morris Township firefighters found the SUV resting on a rock face with several people still inside, and called the Morris County Sheriff's Office to help get them out.

Photos shared by the Morris County Sheriff's Office show that the vehicle was stranded on a snow-dusted incline outside someone's home.
The MCSO Emergency Services unit brought a truck with a winch, and connected it to the SUV from the top of the driveway to stabilize the other vehicle.

Township firefighters then got everyone out of the vehicle safely, the sheriff's office said.
