Kids Found Drugs In Preschool Worker's Purse At Morris School: PD
The teacher's aide was fired and arrested after children found drugs in her purse, reports said.

WHIPPANY, NJ — A Morris County preschool teacher's aide was arrested after drugs fell out of her purse while working with students, according to reports.
Crystal Iacouzzi, 35, was arrested on March 9 at The Learning Experience in Whippany, Hanover Township Police confirmed to Patch. Parent Jared Ross told ABC 7 the arrest came after Iacouzzi dropped her purse, and curious children found drugs inside of it.
"I'm extremely freaked out. My two-year-old child was in this classroom and was exposed to possibly dangerous narcotics," Ross told ABC 7.

Police said Iacouzzi was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of ecstasy, and three counts of child endangerment. No children were injured, and Iacouzzi was immediately fired, a spokesperson for The Learning Experience said.
"The safety and security of our children and staff is and will always be our number one priority. We continue to work with our franchisees to ensure compliance with all required operational procedures and applicable regulations. Out of respect for the privacy of our families, we do not comment on specific incidents, but we have been working closely with local and state authorities," a spokesperson said in a statement sent to Patch.
