Search For Missing Morris Co. Teacher Continues
Police have asked for the public's help in finding Lara Emanuele, who has been missing for two days.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — It's been five days since a Morris County teacher was last seen, and police are asking for the public’s help in finding her.
Lara Emanuele, 46, of Roxbury, was last seen in Roxbury on Wednesday, and her car was found at the Holiday Express in Mount Arlington on Thursday morning, according to a press release from the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.
Police have now asked that any hunters with trail cameras in the Berkshire Valley State Wildlife Management Area review them to see if the camera captured anyone between Wednesday, June 7 and Monday, June 12.

"I’d like to assure the public that all capabilities available to law enforcement are being utilized to locate Lara. We understand the public’s concerns, and we will do our best to update the community whenever possible. I want to thank all of the law enforcement personnel involved for their dedication and tireless efforts in this continuing search,” Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll said.

Emanuele works as a teacher at Alexander Hamilton School in the Morris School District, Meghan Knab, a spokeswoman for the Morris County Prosecutor's Office, confirmed on Monday.
Alexander Hamilton Elementary School is located at 24 Mills Street, in Morristown.
Emanuele was described as a 5-foot-6-inch woman with red hair who weighs about 125 pounds.
Police have once again asked anyone with information about Emanuele or who sees Emanuele to call the Roxbury Police Department at 973-448-2100 or the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office Missing Persons Unit On-Call Detective through the Morris County Communications Center at 973-285-2900.
