'Snookiville' Law Would Add Control for Reality TV Host Towns

Towns that play host to reality programs like "The Jersey Shore" may have a little more leverage in their arsenals should a proposed bill pass.

Ocean County Assemblyman Ronald Dancer (R-12) is expected to introduce a bill on Sept. 24 dubbed the "Snookiville Law," which would allow municipalities with licensing ordinances the ability to include conditions on production companies such as requiring crews to pay for additional police, if needed, according to an article in the Asbury Park Press.
