Veterans, First Responders Honored In Morristown
Morristown officials have recognized those who have served in the United States armed forces and who continue to serve in the community.
MORRISTOWN, NJ — Today marks the nation's 103rd celebration of Veterans Day, honoring those who served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
In honor of the holiday, Morristown took the opportunity to publicly salute and thank those in the local ranks who are currently serving or have served in the military for their continued commitment to public service.
"The Morristown Department of Public Safety would like to say thank you to all those who have sworn to defend our nation as members of our armed forces. The sacrifices made by all to ensure our cherished freedoms are very much appreciated," police said.
