Luxe Women’s Boutique and the Halsey Merchants will be celebrating the boutique’s 1-year anniversary with a block party tonight from 4 to 8 pm. Power 105.1 on-air personalities Self and Mustafa are scheduled to appear.
The block party will be held at 83 Halsey St., located between New and Linden streets.
