The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office is asking for the public's help in locating a suspect wanted in connection with the murder of Johnny L. Bivins, 20, of Newark, who was fatally shot Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011 while attempting to purchase food at a chicken restaurant located at 466 18th Ave. in Newark.
The composite drawing see here was based on descriptions provided by the witnesses at the restaurant. Anyone who might be able to identify the suspect is urged to contact the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide/Major Crimes Task Force at 1-877-847-7432.
