Fireman Black Seal in Charge: Low Pressure is a course covering steam plant operations and is designed to help prepare students for the state license examination in the Black Seal Grade of stationary fireman. Students must have at least three months’ experience as a helper. The class will meet for 12 Saturdays, starting Jan. 25, from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Tuition is $390.
