Last Chance! Students Can Win a $30K Scholarship
Newark Museum Partnering with Google for 'Doodle' Contest

Students in grades K-12, this is your last chance to participate in the Doodle 4 Google competition! Entries must be postmarked no later than tomorrow, March 23.
The winning entrant this year receives a $30,000 scholarship and a $50,000 technology grant for his or her school.
Google, the online search engine, periodically changes its logo to reflect holidays, events and themes. Google is now sponsoring a contest where its logo will be chaged based on a "doodle" submitted by students. The Newark Museum is the New Jersey partner with Google in the contest, which asks students to produce a doodle inspired by the theme, “If I could travel in time, I would visit...”
The 10 state finalists will have their artwork displayed in a special exhibition at the Newark Museum and the national winner will have his or her doodle featured on the U.S. Google.com homepage, where it will be seen by the millions of users visiting Google daily.
Finalists’ artwork will be on view at the Newark Museum June 1- July 29.
