N.J. Company Buys 4-Story Building On Newark’s Broad Street
Constructed circa 1920, the building initially served as a car dealership, the company stated.

NEWARK, NJ — New Jersey real estate group The Berger Organization announced last week that it has purchased a 33,000-square-foot, four-story building at 560 Broad Street in Newark from Aetna Realty.
The currently vacant building it is being marketed to full-building users, the company announced in a news release.
Located between Lombardy and Fulton Streets, the building is directly across the street from Washington Park. Constructed circa 1920, the building initially served as a car dealership and was designed with a two-story indoor gallery with clear floor-to-ceiling glass fronting on Broad Street, The Berger Organization stated.

Berger announced plans to replace the current black glass panels installed during a prior renovation and create a veranda extending across the connecting back yards of 560 and 570 Broad Street.
