On Wednesday, the Newark City Council greenlighted a <a href="https://www.nj.com/essex/2025/07/nj-hotel-where-einstein-stayed-gets-tax-break-amid-worker-complaints.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">tax abatement</a> for Robert Treat Urban Renewall Inc., a subsidiary of the Berger Organization.
