Newark Develops: Before-and-After Photos Show How Much City Has Changed

NEWARK, NJ — In the geological sense, 10 years is just the blink of an eye. But when you’re talking real estate development, a decade can be an eternity.

Apartment search website RENTCafe recently illustrated the difference 120 months can make to a city’s real estate landscape by constructing a before-and-after photo gallery of Newark, the largest city in New Jersey.

“As Newark’s real estate economy continues to grow and attract investors, the city’s skyline has also filled out with new structures, many of which blend Newark’s classical style of architecture with the latest urban design trends,” RENTCafe states.
