Senator Michael Testa, you’re not lying about Newark finances,mismanagement and wasteful spending. We the people of Newark have been calling for oversight, transparency, accountability and a Forensic Audit since the Baraka administration took office. It just fell on deaf ears of Newark City Council, Newark Business Administrator and the Murphy administration. We had a state monitor appointed in Newark, but when Murphy took office he removed the state monitor immediately. Shame on Governor Murphy
