Newark Woman Missing, Family Hasn’t Heard From Her In Years: Police
Police are asking for help finding a missing North Jersey woman.

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — Police are asking for help finding a missing North Jersey woman whose family hasn’t heard from her in years.
On Wednesday, the Newark Department of Public Safety issued a missing persons alert for Monique Massenburg, 59, of Newark.
Massenburg was reported missing on Oct. 16. She was last seen on the 300-block of Mt. Prospect Avenue in Newark, police said.

Authorities said the missing woman’s family hasn’t heard from her since Aug. 30, 2019.
Police said Massenburg is 5 feet 6 inches and 150 pounds. She was last seen wearing a green windbreaker, blue jeans and white sneakers.

Authorities said anyone with information can contact the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). Anonymous tips can also be provided at the Police Division’s website.
