Newark Historic Forest Hill House And Garden Tour Will Return For 2023
Step foot inside some of the most beautiful historic homes and enchanting gardens in Newark.

NEWARK, NJ — Newark residents will get the chance to step foot inside some of the most beautiful historic homes and enchanting gardens in the Brick City later this month.
The Forest Hill Community Association will host the much-anticipated return of the Historic Forest Hill House and Garden Tour from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 20. To purchase tickets or learn more, click here.

“Forest Hill Community Association’s House and Garden Tour in Newark’s North Ward introduces you to some of the Forest Hill Historic District’s most distinctive architectural jewels. Your tour will begin at the Ballantine Gates, located at the intersection of Lake Street and Ballantine Parkway. Ticket holders should check in at FHCA’s table to pick up their maps and the wristbands that will identify you as a paid participant. The walking tour is self-guided, and your wristband is your ticket for entry to the homes and gardens on the tour.”
