A 75-year-old city man was choked, slashed, beaten with a bat and robbed Sunday morning in a Newark cemetery, WABC reports.
Authorities said the attackers also stole the man's car. The man and his wife were visiting a relative's grave at the Grove Street Cemetery across from Holy Sepulchre church, News 12 reported.
The man's car was found in Irvington.
