Newark Police Look To Question Women After Shots Fired In August
Police said the women were nearby when a gun was fired just after 4 a.m. on Aug. 25.
NEWARK, NJ — Police in Newark are asking for the public's help identifying two women they said could have information about a late August shooting.
In a news release, authorities said officers responded on Aug. 25 to the 200 block of 8th Street after gunshots were heard just after 4 a.m. No victim was identified in the shooting.
Police said two women who were in the area of the shooting around the same time could have information about the incident. Detectives looking into the incident hope to question the women.
