UPDATE: IHOP Shooting Victim Dies, One Still Hospitalized
Shots fired at Bergen Street restaurant at 3 a.m.

UPDATE: Papa Khaly Ndiaye, 30, of Middlesex, died at University Hospital Saturday from wounds sustained during a shootout early this morning at the restaurant where he worked, Katherine Carter of the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said.
Two other people were shot at the IHOP on Bergen Street around 3 am. One victim remained hospitalized Saturday in stable condition and the third was treated and released, Carter said.

Three people were injured, one gravely, following gunfire at 3 a.m. Saturday morning at IHOP on Bergen Street, and were taken to University Hospital, according to a report on NJ.com.
None of the victims were identified and arrests had not been made as of later on Saturday morning, the report said.

Another report, on ABCLocal.go.com said the manager of the IHOP was gravely wounded.
Both reports said the gunfire was apparently the result of an argument or fight.
