NJ Devils, Jersey Cares Accepting Donations of Used Coats

Charity aiming for record number of donations this winter

Jersey Cares is partnering with the New Jersey Devils to collect coats at the Saturday, Nov. 30 game against Buffalo as part of its annual Coat Drive, which lasts through Feb. 7.  Bring that new or gently used winter coat and donate it to Jersey Cares for its 18th Annual Coat Drive.

Volunteers will be at the Prudential Center to accept donated coats, starting at 6:30 p.m.

From now through Feb. 7, 2014, Jersey Cares plans to collect and distribute more than 60,000 “gently used” winter coats to men, women and children in need throughout New Jersey.
