NJ Turnpike Crash With Injuries In Newark Blocks Lanes Tuesday: DOT

NEWARK, NJ - A crash on the New Jersey Turnpike in Newark has prompted commuting delays Tuesday morning, authorities said.

As of 5:09 a.m., there’s a crash with injuries on the New Jersey Turnpike - Western Spur southbound north of Interchange 15E - US 1 & 9 in Newark, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

Two left lanes are currently blocked, the agency said.
