Pair Shot Dead on Newark Street Identified
Two city residents were killed early Saturday morning in the area of West Bigelow Street and Milford Avenue.
The victims in a double homicide early Saturday morning in Newark have been identified as two city residents.
Manu Z. Smith, 24, and Harry R. Lovengood, 21, were killed in the area of West Bigelow Street and Milford Avenue shortly before 12:30 a.m. Saturday, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said.
The investigation remains ongoing and no further information was immediately released.
