Essex County law enforcement authorities Tuesday posted a cash reward offer for information about the shooting death of a man in the city’s North Ward last year.
Sheriff Armando Fontoura said the Crimestoppers program would pay up to $5,000 for details that lead to the arrest of suspects who shot and killed Frank Caroseli, 34, near 311 Woodside Ave. at approximately 1 am on Aug. 20, 2011.
The suspects in this incident were reported to have fled the scene in a gray, late 1990’s Audi A6.
Anyone with information about the murder is asked to call the Essex County Prosecutor’s Major Crimes Task Force at 973-621-4586 or the Prosecutor’s Tip Line at 1-800-847-7432.
