Reward Offered for Information on 2011 Homicide
Twenty-year-old man killed on Plymouth Street in 2011

Law enforcement authorities Wednesday posted a cash reward offer in a city homicide case.
Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura said the Crimestoppers program will pay up to $5,000 for details that lead to an arrest for the murder of Ibn Williams, then age 20, who was shot to death in the area of 89 – 91 Plymouth St. on Aug. 12, 2011.
