The Essex County Sheriff's Office has announced road closures in conjunction with the public viewing of the late Rep. Donald Payne, who will lie in state at Historic Essex County Courthouse, 470 Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard, beginning tomorrow.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard between West Market Street and Springfield Avenue will be closed from 9 am to 9 pm tomorrow, March 12 and on Tuesday, March 13 from 8 am to 9 am.
Anyone wishing to pay their respects are asked not to bring flowers to the Historic Courthouse as they will not be permitted inside the facility.
