Robert Treat Hotel Hosting a Weekend of Super Bowl Events

Weekend culminates with Super Bowl party Feb. 2

The Best Western Robert Treat Hotel, 50 Park Place, is hosting a series of events in connection with the upcoming Super Bowl XLVIII, which is being played at MetLIfe Stadium in East Rutherford Feb. 2.


On Friday, Jan. 31, there will be an evening of dinner and jazz starting at 8 pm featuring live music, a carving station, cash bar, a buffet and more. Tickets are $25 per person.


On Saturday, Feb. 1, the hotel will be hosting a “Breakfast of Champions” featuring guests Ottis Anderson, the MVP from Super Bowl XXV; Thabiti Boone, President Obama’s Fatherhood Initiative representative; and keynote speaker Braynard “Bobby” Brown. NBC Extra’s AJ Calloway will emcee the event.

On Saturday night, a dance party kicks off at 9 pm, with several active and veteran professional athletes expected to attend.


And on game day, Feb. 2, the hotel will sponsor a Super Bowl party beginning at 4 pm, with the game being broadcast on wide screens throughout the venue. General admission includes a buffet and cash bar; VIP admission includes beer and wine and free parking.
