17-Year-Old Charged With Murder In Pine Street Park New Brunswick Homicide
A 17-year-old from North Brunswick, plus a New Brunswick teen, are charged with the Oct. 8 Pine Street Park fatal shooting.
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — A 17-year-old from North Brunswick, plus a New Brunswick teen, are charged with the Oct. 8 homicide of an 18 year old in New Brunswick, near Pine Street Park.
At 11:32 p.m. Oct. 8, police found the victim, Fernando Buezo Diaz, 18, of New Brunswick, deceased at the park, fatally shot.
Police say a fight had occurred and, during the altercation, Buezo Diaz was shot.

A 17-year-old juvenile boy from North Brunswick was taken into custody and charged with acts of juvenile delinquency for offenses which if committed by an adult would constitute murder, conspiracy to commit murder and illegal weapons offenses.
It was also learned that Jalen Terrell-Ingram, 20, of New Brunswick, was in possession of a gun on the night of the incident, said the prosecutor.

Terrell-Ingram was charged with first-degree Conspiracy to Commit Murder, second-degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose and second-degree Unlawful Possession of Weapon.
Terrell-Ingram turned himself into New Brunswick Police Department Monday.
