The Elks and the Veteran’s Alliance of Raritan Valley have are seeking participants to join in the annual Memorial Day and Veteran's Day Parades of New Brunswick and Highland Park.
They are seeking support from the community at large to participate in either parade (or both) in order to create a stronger sense of community, while remembering and honoring those who serve, or have served, this country. The Veteran’s Day parade is the only parade in Middlesex County.
Any organizations who wish to participate, or anyone who would like to march in the parades, has a historical vehicle or a vehicle of interest to ride in the parade (car, motorcycle, bus, truck, etc), create a float, or carry banners/flags, please contact Mike Mahony at 732-545-0658.
