Body Pulled From Raritan River, Police Attempting To Identify

The body of an adult man was pulled from the Raritan River in New Brunswick on Monday, said police. Here's the latest.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - The body of an adult man was pulled from the Raritan River in New Brunswick on Monday, according to New Brunswick Police Deputy Director J.T. Miller.

The body was recovered Monday afternoon at approximately 3 p.m. near the Albany Street Bridge (Rt. 27) with assistance from the New Brunswick police and fire departments.

At this time the identity of the individual has not been confirmed.

The preliminary investigation does not indicate foul play was involved in the death, however the investigation is ongoing.
