City Council to Meet Wednesday
The council meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19 in council chambers at City Hall.
The New Brunswick City Council will discuss the liquor license renewal of a popular restaurant and nightspot in town and vote to approve changes to the salaries of city firefighters at Wednesday's night's council meeting.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall.
The public will be given the chance to address the council in two public comment portions of the meeting.

The Tropicana Bar and Grill has been a topic of discussion in meetings several times before, as residents have complained in the past that the establishment is the cause of disturbances in the neighborhood.
The Tropicana currently operates with restrictions imposed by the council.

Additionally, the council will vote to approve a partnership with the county that will further a project to bring bike lanes to New Brunswick.
