Eric Murdock Files Wrongful Termination Suit Against RU
Murdock is reportedly suing for unspecified damages related to the termination of his employment with Rutgers.

Eric Murdock, former director of player development the Rutgers University mens basketball team and the person responsible for the controversial video of fired basketball coach Mike Rice going public has filed a wrongful termination suit against Rutgers.
According to a report on NJ.com, Murdock filed the suit in Newark on Friday, claiming that he brought Rice's abusive coaching to the attention of Rutgers president Robert L. Barchi and now-resigned athletic director Tim Pernetti, but was ignored.
According to the report, Murdock's final day with Rutgers was July 2, 2012, and he claims he was fired. Rutgers says his contract was not renewed, according to the report.

A previous report on NJ.com stated that Murdock had offered to settle for $950,000 in December over the status of his employment.
