A free concert and rally will be held at Feaster Park over the fatal shooting of city man Barry Deloatch on Sept. 22.
The rally will begin at 2 p.m., and will depart the park at 4 p.m. to march around New Brunswick.
It is organized by the Coalition for Justice, a group of city residents who have mobilized to demand justice for Deloatch's death.
