Th Elijah's Promise Soup Kitchen will hold an "Empty Bowls" event on Dec. 4 that will feature a sampling of homemade soups prepared by members of the nonprofit organization.
Arts and crafts will be available for children, and participants will be able to paint their own ceramic bowl.
Registration is not required.
