The Middlesex County Office on Aging and Disabled Services, the Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Middlesex County Public Health Department will hold a senior health and fitness walk open to all seniors in Middlesex County.
Participants will receive a T-shirt, a baseball cap, giveaways and a boxed lunch.
Blood Pressure, Glucose and Balance Screenings will be done prior to the walk and a raffle will take place at the end of the event.
