NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — The New Brunswick Library will offer a free guided meditation from 7 - 8 p.m. Sept. 23.

"Meditation As A Healing Practice" is offered by longtime meditator Sangeeta Sinha, MBA, M. Ed, who will lead this informative virtual program.
