Windmill hot dogs and Brother Jimmy's BBQ were dished up Thursday morning at the groundbreaking for the College Avenue redevelopment project. Gov. Chris Christie is also scheduled to be in attendance for the groundbreaking, which marks a university/DEVCO partnership that will transform the College Avenue campus at Rutgers.
