Table Tennis, Amelia Earhart, Blood Drive Today in New Brunswick

A guide to daily events in New Brunswick.

1. Teens are invited to join New Brunswick 4-H for table tennis from 3-5 p.m. Wednesdays at the Hub Teen Center, 411 Joyce Kilmer Ave.

2. New Brunswick 4-H is also looking for community volunteers to assist with this year's Trunk or Treat program, scheduled for 5 p.m. Oct. 31. More information is available here.

3. Bring your lunch to the New Brunswick Free Public Library from 12:15-1 p.m. today, Wednesday, Oct. 2 for "Determined Spirit: The Story of Amelia Earhart" featuring historical re-enactor Monica Hoffman.

4. Donate blood and be entered into a contest for a pair of Superbowl tickets. From 10 a.m.-7 p.m., New Jersey Blood Services will be at the Rutgers University Busch Campus Center taking donations. More information here.
