Teen Girl, 17, Identified In Fatal Piscataway Crash
The girl was a Piscataway High School student, where she played on the softball team:

"She was the eldest of three girls ... a beautiful smart athlete young girl," read the fundraising page. "Just turned 17 years old. She is going to be extremely missed by the whole family. I am asking for anything that would help my family thru this very painful time. I am also asking for prayers to heal their hearts."

The teen girl was killed in a crash that occurred at 7:41 p.m. on South Randolphville Road in the vicinity of Centennial Avenue.
When police and rescue workers got there, they found a single car overturned; the car had struck a pole. The driver of the vehicle, a 17-year-old teen girl from Piscataway, was transported to a nearby hospital where she was later pronounced deceased.
