Today in New Brunswick: New Jersey Film Festival, Back to School Night

A guide to the daily happenings in New Brunswick.

1. The New Jersey Film Festival will screen the surrealist film "Dreams that Money Can Buy" at 6 p.m. tonight, Thursday, Sept. 19 at the Ruth Adams Building on the College Avenue campus at Rutgers University. Admission is $10, $9 for Rutgers students.

2. It's Back to School night at New Brunswick High School from 5-8:30 p.m. tonight.

3. Students in grades 4-8 are invited to the New Brunswick Free Public Library at 4 p.m. today for Game Day, featuring board games and video games. Admission is free.

4. The New Brunswick Community Arts Council invites the public to the Syndicated, 342 George St., between 5-8 p.m. tonight for light refreshments and to meet and discuss the arts in New Brunswick.
