District Breakdown of Election Results
See how the candidates did in each district
Incumbent Councilwoman Randi Duffie (D) received the most votes in Tuesday's election, coming in with an unofficial total of 1559 votes, including 78 absentee ballots. Although her numbers were consistently strong across all districts, District 1 gave Duffie the most votes (201), while District 7 gave her the least (106).
Councilwoman-elect Hedy Grant (D) came in with an unofficial count of 1490, including 71 absentee ballots, beating incumbent Councilwoman Celeste Scavetta (R) by only 10 votes in the nailbiting upset of the evening. District 1 gave Grant the most votes (191) while District 7 gave her the least (106).
Republican incumbent Peter Rebsch also lost his seat with an unofficial total of 1455 votes, including 49 absentee ballots. District 3 cast the most votes (230) while District 7 the least (59).

Scavetta has an unofficial total of 1480, including 49 absentee ballots. District 3 made a strong show of support for Scavetta (231) while District 7 delivered the least votes (53).
Councilman-elect Austin Ashley (D), running his first campaign for council, rounded out the democratic sweep with an unofficial count of 1510, including 70 absentee ballots. Ashley received the most votes from District 8 (199) and the least from District 7 (103).

Board of Education Vice President Darren Drake, also running his first campaign for council, has an unofficial count of 1471, including 55 absentee ballots. Drake took District 3 with 225 votes, while receiving the least votes from District 7 (58).

- 5: New Milford VFW
- 6-7: Berkley Elementary School
