Meeting on Flooding Responsibility Tonight
Attorney talking to flood-affected residents and business owners about United Water

Kevin Mulhearn, an attorney who has been battling United Water in the Supreme Court of Rockland County, has been invited by West Nyack residents and business owners to speak tonight at the West Nyack Fire Department, 42 Strawtown Rd., West Nyack, N.Y. at 7 p.m.
Mulhearn currently represents fifty-three plaintiffs, residents and business owners in River Vale and West Nyack, New York in a pending lawsuit against United Water. The lawsuit, seeking more than $50 million in damages caused by the April 2007 storm, claims that United Water's "alleged negligent and/or reckless maintenance of their reservoir systems” resulted in sustained damages.
