Fatality Confirmed In I-78 Crash In Berkeley Heights
Breaking: A serious crash on I-78 West in Berkeley Heights has been confirmed fatal, NJ State Police reported at 5:35 p.m.
BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ — A serious crash on I-78 West in Berkeley Heights has been confirmed fatal, NJ State Police reported at 5:35 p.m.
Multiple westbound lanes remain closed as a result of the investigation into the crash involving a truck and car at Exit 43 - CR 655/Diamond Hill Road. The crash was initially reported at 3:52 p.m.
The eastbound left lane is also closed. Drivers expect a 1-hour delay and should plan an alternate route.
