After the initial outpouring of support, you may find yourself alone and suffering. Your world has changed forever, but the rest of world has moved on. You are uncertain how to go on. Friends and family may want to help you, but often they do not know what to do. Many have made the journey through mourning and sorrow and found comfort and help. That is the reason for Bearing Grief.
Bearing Grief is a seven week support group designed to provide insight and support during the grieving process. It is a small group format, featuring video seminars and group discussion with materials prepared by Christian grief counselors.
The group meets beginning May 8 (Tuesdays) from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the New Providence Presbyterian Church, 1307 Springfield Avenue, New Providence NJ.
