The Warren Township Planning Board is having a Planning Board hearing on Monday, January 24, at 7:30 pm to hear the application of K. Hovnanian for "The Hills at Warren" proposed development; the hearing will focus on a preliminary and final site plan. This development will be located off Emerson Lane and Hillcrest Road, directly adjacent to Berkeley Heights. It will include 48 affordable rental apartments. 

The Planning Board hearing will be in-person and will be held at the Warren Township Municipal Complex Courthouse, 44 Mountain Boulevard, Susie B. Boyce Meeting Room  Warren, NJ 07059.
