Detour In Place Along Union County Highway Over Next Few Days
One exit ramp is being completely closed.
BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - Traffic will look different on Thursday, Sept. 4 and Friday, Sept. 5 along I-78 eastbound in Berkeley Heights.
The Exit 43 ramp will be closed for emergency maintenance on Oak Way from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days. This is subject to change depending on how long the work takes to be finished.

1. Drivers on I-78 eastbound will be directed to continue on I-78 eastbound
2. Take Exit 44/New Providence/Berkeley Heights
3. Turn right onto Glenside Ave./CR 527
4. Turn right onto Valley Rd., and back to Oak Ave.
