Posting the fastest times two years in a row on the qualifying ninja course, DeFranco is well experienced in the ninja world.

“I am definitely excited because now I am able to work at a gym that’s near me and help others with training. I am also able to work at a place where I can continue my training for something I love,” DeFranco said. “It’s a really cool thing to be a part of.”

DeFranco plans to try out again for season 10 of ANW in 2018.

Adults ages 16 and older are invited Thursday night from 7 to 9 p.m. to try out the new facility.
