Davidson Institute of Gifted & Talented (mission: Our mission is to recognize, nurture and support profoundly intelligent young people and to provide opportunities for them to develop their talents to make a positive difference.) has been encouraging the efforts of Young Scholars to THINK BIG by using their unique talents to Make a Positive Difference. The purpose of MaPD is to encourage, recognize, inspire, and motivate Young Scholars’ philanthropic actions.

Team AIRO (motto: "young students teach younger kids") is a group founded by Om Desai and his friends Gyan Ghoda and Siddhant Desai in 2015. Many girls and boys are a significant part of the group notably Heer S, Saniya M, Abdd S, Samarth D, and Anand G, joining most of the activities. Many more girls and boys gets involved into the activities they like. They all learn together, teach younger ones, and try to build a community cycle of learn-teach-learn or teach-it-forward.
