New Providence's First Craft Brewery, Tasting Room Opens
Untied Brewery owned by New Providence locals husband and wife Matt and Kim Green and their cousin Mark Russo opened Saturday.
NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ — Untied Brewing Company opened New Providence's first and only craft brewery and tasting room this past Saturday.
The brewery opened at 140 Spring St., Unit C with Mayor Al Morgan in attendance. The hours are Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from noon to 11 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.

Untied Brewing Company offers a variety of craft beers and uses the tasting room to cultivate a craft beer community and menu. Craft beers are offered on premise via tap, in cans and growlers, and through special bottle releases that include hazy and hoppy IPAs, session ales and lagers, and special barrel aged and sour beers.
The tasting room has full visibility into the production area. Here Untied's staff and head brewer will offer educational tours covering the story behind Untied Brewing Company, the production process and the inspiration and profile characteristics of Untied's craft beer creations.
